Montgomery County had a problem that many government organizations face: their digital presence had grown organically over time, creating a scattered experience for residents trying to access important information about parks, planning, and community resources.
What started as well-intentioned separate websites had become a maze of inconsistent navigation, confusing layouts, and—most concerning—barriers that made it difficult for people with disabilities to access the services they needed. The county wasn’t just looking for a visual refresh; they needed a complete reimagining of how they serve their community online.
