Southern Maryland National Heritage Area had a wonderful story to tell: rich history, stunning natural landscapes, and countless hidden gems waiting to be discovered. But their website wasn’t helping people connect with that story.
The challenge wasn’t just about making things look prettier. Visitors were getting lost in confusing navigation, overwhelmed by dense text, and leaving without discovering the magic this region had to offer. The disconnect between their beautiful new brand identity and their digital presence was keeping people from experiencing all that Southern Maryland had to share.
